The length of time it takes to see results from counseling sessions with Hallelujah Counseling varies depending on the individual and the issues being addressed. Some clients may see improvements after just a few sessions, while others may require longer-term therapy.

The therapists at Hallelujah Counseling are licensed professionals with advanced degrees in counseling or a related field, are provisionally licensed under supervision from one of our licensed therapists  or are a Master's level intern. They have extensive training and experience working with individuals.

Hallelujah Counseling provides counseling services for individuals, ages 6 and up. Some counselors offer services for couples and families.

Some providers are in-network with some insurance companies. Courtney Koch, LPC, NCC, accepts Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Oxford and Oscar. Hayston Wilson, LPC, accepts Aetna and Cigna. For other insurance, we are considered an out-of-network provider and you may request a superbill from your counselor to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Our standard self-pay rate is $120 for a 50-minute session. We offer some reduced rates as low as $80 per 50-minute session based on income. Interns and provisionally-licensed staff also offer reduced rates as low as $30/session. Please contact us to see if you are eligible for a reduced rate.

No, we do not require referrals from your medical provider. Simply, give us a call at (660) 223-1700 or schedule your appointment online to get started.
